About California Clear Stamp

Where Do Sparkling Stamps™ Come From?

California Clear Stamp was founded in 2006 for the purpose of producing high quality photopolymer products. The founders all had extensive experience in the flexographic printing plate or hand stamp manufacturing business. Now manufacturing in a 12,000 square foot plant located in Salinas California, we operate three large manufacturing lines. The exposure machines produce up to 24 – 8″ X 12″ plates per cycle and are capable of manufacturing 2800 – 4″ X 6″ sets per day.

What Makes California Clear Stamp the Best Choice for Clear Stamp Manufacturing?

Equipment

We use industrial grade equipment throughout our plant. Our largest pouring table is one of only four such machines ever built and has one of the largest capacities in the world. We also boast one of the largest concentrations of large format Mutoh UV printers in the world. Our equipment is ready to turn your creativity into the most beautiful clear stamps in the world!

Staff

With an average time of eight years on staff, our team has the experience to tackle any project. Our plant manager, Cesar, has been producing clear stamps since 1995 – a decade before California Clear Stamp was even founded! We are a member of the Association for Creative Industries and are always looking for new ways to improve our company. If you see us walking the floor of Creativation come over and say hello!

Weather

We are proud to be based along the beautiful central California coast but our location isn’t just about beauty it’s strategic. The average temperature year-round in Salinas where our plant is located is 68 degrees. This allows us to use less energy heating or cooling our building. The polymer also works best at a warm – not hot – temperature and it has trouble forming as the temperature rises. The natural air-conditioning created by the ocean breeze helps us maintain the perfect temperature for producing clear stamps.
